Children

 Infants
Nursery: (Infants – 4 years old) is provided during all worship services, Sunday School, Wednesday night programs, and other special events and services. The nursery is located on the lower floor of the sanctuary building. Nursery guidelines are in place and may be requested from the church office (623-6683). For your convenience and comfort, each parent is given a pager when children are placed in the nursery.
 
Sunday School
Each Sunday from 9:45 am - 10:45 am with planned lessons for children K-5th grade.
Children’s Sunday School classes are:
Children (K-5th grade) – Lower level of Fellowship Hall
Middle School (6th-8th grade) – Lower level of the Fellowship Hall
High School (9th-11th grade) – Lower level of the Fellowship Hall
 

Children’s Ministries
Children’s Church:  on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays at the 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services. Lessons and activities are planned for children K-3rd grade during the worship service. The children are dismissed for Children’s Church during the regular worship service in the sanctuary.

 

 

Children’s bulletins:  are available from the ushers for ages 3-12.
Wednesday Friends:  is an after-school program for K-5th grades from 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm. The church van makes pick-ups at East Milton, Benny Russell and Berryhill Elementary Schools. The school bus delivers Rhodes Elementary students. Call the church office at 623-6683 for information on enrolling your child.

Vacation Bible School: is held one week in the summer for K-5th graders.

Summer Camp: Children are given the opportunity to enroll and attend a week long summer camp at Blue Lake in Andalusia, Al. 

 

  

Summer Friends: is an eight-week program for K-5th graders each Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. This is a planned program that includes field trips and activities
